Kate Somerville Goat Milk Cleanser

I have used this a couple of times and I really like this cleanser. I use this as a morning cleanse or a second cleanse at night and it feels lovely on the face so it is one I would definitely repurchase.

La Roche Posay Micellar Water Ultra

I ran out of my beloved Filorga Micellar water so I said that I would try a different brand this time for a change. I really liked this. Like most La Roche Posay products, it didn’t break out my skin and my face didn’t feel dry after use. I will repurchase this.

Bioderma Hydrabio Sérum

I hadn’t used this in a while as I had a few hydrating serums to get through and like the last time, I loved this. My face felt like it was getting a drink of water each time I used this. I mostly used this at night as I had a Viatmin C serum to use in the day time. Definitely 1 I would repurchase.

Sunday Riley Good Genes

Another product that I have used before. I think that this is the third bottle of this for me. I found this hydrating on the face eventhough it is an acid treatment. One of my favourite products from Sunday Riley. It is expensive but definitely worth it.

La Roche Posay Anthelios UVMune 400 SPF

Another product that I have used before. It is a brilliant spf. It also helps give moisture to your skin, it doesn’t come through your makeup which is something that I have been conscious of since @everythingjoloves spoke about a while ago and I thank her for this recommendation. Definitely one I will repurchase.

Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Filter in 3

I didn’t get on well with this product, I don’t know it is the colour or what but I felt that I looked very tin-like when I used this so unfortunately it is one I won’t repurchase, sorry Charlotte.

Too Faced Born This Way Matte Foundation in Natural Beige

So this was one of my favourite products from 2022. I was very late to the game purchasing this but I was so glad that I did purchase it. It is a matte foundation but not a flat looking foundation, It is has satin finish to it. It wears excellently and I feel like I look flawless when wearing this. Almost like I have an Insta filter one. Definitely a repurchase for me. 

Collection Lasting Perfection Matte in 5 Fair

As you all know because I say it so often, The Ordinary discontinued their foundations so I was on the look out for a mixer foundation. I tried this as it was around the €10 mark and I found it didn’t mix well with the foundations that I had. It made them look a lil greasy so I probably wouldn’t repurchase it.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Magic Touch Concealer in 5

Another favourite product from 2022. This was a @nikkiajoy recommendation and she wasn’t wrong. This is brilliant. Creamy and easy to blend and also set with powder. It doesn’t settle into fine lines and it hides everything. Definitely repurchase for me.

17 Lip Define Pencil in 030 Dusty Pink

Oh my god, I tried this a short time ago and as you probably tell, I loved this as I literally used it every chance I got. I think it is a fabulous pink and it so creamy. I even wore this on it’s own 1 day. I have already bought a new one. It is also cheap as chips. €2.99…Get it but leave 1 or 2 for me.

Essence Matte Comfort Liner in Rosy Nude

You guys see 1 of these in my empties every month or every other month, you will know that this is also another firm favourite lip liner. It is a lovely pinky nude colour. As i have said before, it is super pigmented, lasts all day and is a bargain price of about €2.30. As I said in that empties, don’t walk, run.

Huda Beauty Liquid Matte in Bikini Babe

I got these a couple of years ago and yes they might be out of date but it didn’t matter cause I loved them. This was a beautiful light pink. Sometimes it felt a lil drying on the lips but when I used a lip balm at night, this was fine on the lips. Definite repurchase

CeraVe Moisturising Lotion

Love this moisturiser. It is a light weight moisturiser which is great for the spring / summer months as it dries in quickly and is not sticky. I would repurchase this and use in the spring / summer months. It is also a very reasonable price. 

BPerfect / Mrs Glam 10 Second Tan in Dark +

Ah I love this tan. It is a beautiful golden shade. I alternate between this and the BPerfect Ulta Dark Tan. It last great. As I write this, it has been on for 5 days and still looks great. These 2 tans are the only tans that I use.

Superfacialist Vitamin C+ Brighten Skin Renew Cleansing Oil

I picked this up from a recommendation from @graceyoconnell. This lasted ages and I really enjoyed it. It smelt great, it felt nice on the face and I think my face looked brighter when using this. I used this every morning. I would definitely repurchase this. 

Filorga NCEF-Reverse Eyes

I was gifted this in the Filorga Advent Calendar last year. This was lovely, my eyes felt really hydrated after using and this lasted ages so I was super impressed. I would repurchase this for sure.

Drunk Elephant Marula Oil

This is a fabulous oil for hydration. It is one that I would definitely recommend this for winter months for oiler skin types and all year for drier skin types. I haven’t actually come across another oil like this.

La Roche Posay Pure Vitamin C10 Serum

I absolutely loved this. It was such a nice serum. It was an oil but it wasn’t greasy on the skin. This was a serum I loved rubbing into my face as it felt super fresh on the face. 

Smashbox The Original Photo Finish

This was an OG long before Insta days. I purchased this a while ago to replace my MAC Matifiante Creme but my eyes still watered with it so I decided to use it on my t-zone. It worked well on my t-zone but I did feel a lil oily around the nose after a few hours. I wouldn’t repurchase as my skin has changed with age but I would definitely recommend it for oilier skin ladies.

Laura Mercier Hydrating Pure Canvas Primer

I got this in my @cultbeauty Advent Calendar last year. I have had this previously and really liked it. It does what is says on the tin and hydrates the skin to give that hydrated look to the skin and really healthy look. I have another one so I am delighted as it is a definite repurchase.

AYU Instant Under Eye Concealer in 1

I was so privileged to be gifted this concealer. This was too light for me so i used this as an eyeshadow base and also to conceal spots. This is a great lightweight but full coverage concealer. I will repurchase this but I have 2 more to use up first.

Nars Soft Matte Complete Concealer in 2.3 Madeleine

I have repuchased this many times as I use this on any breakouts or rosacea areas and it works a treat. It is creamy and full coverage and covers any spots so definitely a repurchase for me.

Fenty Beauty Soft Matte Foundation Mini in 100

I picked this up as a mixer foundation to lighten darker foundations. Since The Ordinary discontinued their foundations, I have been on the hunt for a “mixer” foundation to lighten foundations. I did like this as I have used it previously in my tab shade. I have one negative thing to say, the bottle… I twisted it tightly as it was leaking a lil but it then snapped so that was the end of it. Boo. I would repurchase the standard bottle but not the mini

NYX Lip Lingerie in Baby Doll

This is an old skool liquid lipstick. This was a recommendation by @jamiegenevieve many moons ago and I hadn’t opened it so I opened it a good while ago and I love it but NYX are no longer stocking the product and I am devastated. Love the shade and it’s not drying on the lips. I will stop talking about as you can’t get anymore.

YSL Lash Clash 

My sister absolutely loves this mascara but it just didn’t float my boat. I thought that this would be like the False Lash effect but it wasn’t so this would be a no from me for me. 

ColorWow Dream Coat

This was a recommendation from @jennybeatttiemakeup a long time ago and I have purchased this many times and also got this in @cohorted monthly boxes. Your hair feels and looks so soft after using this. This is a definite repurchase.

Neutrogena Refreshingly Clear Facial Wash

I have been using this now for at least 8 years. I discovered this when I was in the height of adult acne. This was recommended by Sinead (@themakeupchair) on her YouTube channel. I still use this as my first cleanse and if I am going through a breakout I will use this as first and second cleans. I absolutely love this and this definitely helps when I am having a breakout. This is definite repurchase and a recommendation to anyone suffering from breakouts.

Fresh Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream

This is the second of these moisturisers. I liked the first one but I didn’t love it but, I have to say using this again and the correct amount, I loved this. When you use the correct amount, you get a great hydration and moisture from this. I would definitely repurchase this.

Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen

I really enjoyed this sunscreen. It was only a mini so I would have loved more time to get to use this more. I had previously used their glowy spf but this time I got to play with their more velvety finish spf and I enjoyed this also. Definitely one I will repurchase (out of this mini, I got about 2.5 – 3 weeks).

Vieve Skin Nova

I got this as a gift and this is just fabulous. I was so happy when I heard Jamie Genevieve started her own brand and this was the first product that I tried. Loved it, it was a great primer which hydrated the skin and also gave the skin a beautiful glow. Definite repurchase. And I also need to pick up some other goodies from the brand.

Elf 16hr Camo Concealer in Medium Neutral

I found an amazing dugstore concealer last year. Did I say amazing?!! This was a good friend’s recommendation which I picked up in Superdrug (@superdrug) last year.. What a recommendation!! The coverage is unreal in this concealer, this was my favourite purchase of 2022 and it was only €6.00. Yes €6.00.

Laura Geller Baked Highlighter in French Vanilla

I got this in one of my monthly Cohorted boxes. This can be built up to give a good highlight or it can be used in a light dusting to give a hint of highlight on the skin. I did use this one on the forehead (in a light dusting) and it was fab. Reminded me of Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder.

Essence 8hr Matte Comfort Lip Liner in Rosy Nude

As I said previously, these lip liners will always show in my empties because I love them so much and I use them all of the time. Another fabulous colour and I have just opened a new one so I think I need not say anymore.

Essence Stay 8hr Lipliner in Unforgettable

I have shown this in my monthly favourites previously as I absolutely love these liners. Unfortunately they are no longer available but Essence do have other roll up lip liners so I would definitely recommend getting down to your local pharmacy or Penney’s and pick them up.

ColorWow Color Security Shampoo and Conditioner

This was another Cohorted box discovery. I absolutely love the Dream Filter as you may know. It really cleans the blonde so I tried these and they are lovely. You get a good lather through the hair and it leaves your hair feeling clean and not dry. I got another box last month with a new shampoo and conditioner so I am delighted. I don’t use this all the time, this is my alternate shampoo and conditioner from my main shampoo and conditioner but definitely would repurchase.

Oskia Perfect Cleanser

Ok so I previously used the Oskia Renaissance Cleanser and loved it so my sister bought this for me. Now I did like this but…I preferred the Renaissance Cleanser. I felt this was just a lil bit too balmy for me so I probably wouldn’t repurchase.

Simple Purifying Cleansing Lotion

I featured this in my June empties and it is a must for me for removing eye makeup. As I said I know it’s not an eye makeup remover but it works for me. I leave it on my eye for about 30 seconds and then I cleanse. I normally pick this up in one of the multiples (Dunnes Stores, SuperValu, Tesco) when they are running an offer on it. Definitely one I will continue to repurchase.

A product I was lucky enough to be gifted as part of the Filorga Christmas 2022 Advent Calendar. Another eyecream that I thoroughly enjoyed using so it is one that I would definitely repurchase. 

Dr.Levy Pollution Shield

I got this in my Cult Beauty advent calendar last year. So this is a mattifying spf but I found that this broke-out chin so I only used it on my forehead and nose. It also meant that I didn’t really need a mattifying primer after using this. For the reason that I had to use a second spf on my cheeks and chin, I probably wouldn’t repurchase this.

Laura Mercier Pure Canvas (Blurring) Primer

I loved this primer. I found that this totally mattified my forehead and also blurred out the pores on my nose. It was my go to weekend and going out primer as I found any fine lines on my forehead and my god awful frown line were completely blurred when using this. Definitely one I will repurchase.

Urban Decay Stay Naked Foundation in 50WY

This was another Sinead from @beauttruth recommendation and wow I just loved it. It is so light weight on the face but the coverage is absolutely amazing. Definitely one I will repurchase as it is a great foundation, weightless but packs a punch on coverage.

The Ordinary Concealer in 2.1N

I loved this concealer but it was too light in the shade for under my eyes. Coverage was fantastic as I also used under foundation to conceal spots. Unfortunately Deceim have discontinued the range so I am unable to repurchase.

Hourglass Ambient Powder in Incandescent Strobe Light

Another great product. I love adding a little bit of light per-say to face. I add this to my forward and it my concealer is very matte, I also add it to my under eyes just to add back some light back to the face. This is expensive but it lasts for such a long time. I already bought a mini (by accident) so safe to say I would repurchase.

Maybelline Colour Sensational in Nude Whisper

I liked this lip liner. It was a nice colour and it did last all day. I didn’t reach for it as much as I thought that I would so I probably wouldn’t repurchase, no particular reason. The liner up next is kind of my go to now.

Essence 8hr Stay Lip Liner in Curious

I have shown this in my monthly favourites previously as I absolutely love these liners. I think I have another four or five of these in my collection so I am ok for now but this is still available.

Catrice Lip Balm in Charming Rose

I absolutely love this lip balm. It is a lip balm but has a colour in it so your lips are hydrated and you have a stunning pink colour on them also. This colour seems to be discontinued so I can’t repurchase but I have two still left in my collection so I am ok for now.

Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara

Another mascara I love, this is amazing for volume. Makes you look like you put on a strip of fake lashes, another one to repurchase and another product I would tell you to put on your wish list.

Rituals The Ritual of Jing Shower Gel

I have used this shower gel before. I love it. I love all of the Rituals products, I don’t think that there is one that I have come across that I wouldn’t like. The scent is also beautiful.

Sanctuary Spa Lily and Rose Collection Wet Skin Miracle Moisturiser

This was a @graceyoconnell recommendation and I have to say for the hot and humid weather, this is amazing. You moisturise in the shower and you are done. It’s great. Definitely one I will repurchase.

Rimmel SunShimmer in Light Shimmer

Good old Rimmel Sun Shimmer. It is a great product and it does exactly what it says on the tin. It gives you a tan with a glow (you can also get a matte version) and it washes off. Definitely one I keep in the drawer or when I have to tan my feet.

Batiste Dry Shampoo in Cherry

Ah Batiste, what a dry shampoo. I always pick one up when I am in @penneys.It is as cheap as chips and does what it says on the tin. Definitely one I will always keep on the go.

Filorga Micellar Solution

I was so lucky that I was sent this by Filorga. It is such a great product. I double cleanse and then use this as my final cleanse to ensure all residue is removed from my face and I also use it around my hairline to remove any makeup I may have missed while cleansing. You get 400ml of product so this lasts for months. I never break out using this and it literally is light on the skin while cleansing. Definitely one I will repurchase.

Filorga Time-Filler Eyes

Another product I was lucky enough to be gifted as part of the Filorga Christmas 2022 Advent Calendar. I had this previously and I can tell that my opinion is still the same…I LOVE IT. It is such a beautiful product. I always felt like I was in a salon when I was applying this to my under eyes. Another one I will repurchase.

Drunk Elephant C-Firma Fresh Day Serum

This was a nice serum on the face. It was a lil strange for me as you had to mix the serum and the acid powder but it was lovely on the face. The only downside for me was that this was very like an oil serum but it probably wouldn’t stop me repurchasing.

Drunk Elephant Intensive Hydration Serum

I absolutely love this serum. I tried this 2 years ago and continue to purchase it. It is definitely one that I will continue to purchase. When you apply this, it is like a drink of water for your skin. I use this nightly and it is just a beautiful serum.

Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Face Primer

I absolutely loved this face primer previously but this time I didn’t love it as much. I think that this is since I use my LaMer primer so it is probably one I wouldn’t repurchase again.

Nars Soft Matte Foundation in Punjab

This is my product of the year. This was one I was excited to try as it had gotten great reviews from both Sinead (@thebeauttruth) and Maria (@_nospringchicken). The coverage is unreal. It is a matte foundation but it doesn’t dry matte or go cakey looking and it also doesn’t seperate on your face. It is all the things I look for it in a foundation and it is now my go to for any nights out or special occasions.

Ben Nye Luxury Powder in Cameo

My second blog post was about one of the Ben Nye powders and I have to say I still lovely this powder. I picked one with a colour for a change and I knew which colour to choose as I had used this colour previously. These are difficult to get but definitely worth for a good setting powder. Keeps your oils at bay for the day.

Benefit Powmade in 3 Warm Light Brown

So as you all know my favourite brow gel was discontinued so I had to source a new brow gel and decided to try this brow gel early last year as Benefit is renouned for their brow products. So this is now a firm favourite of mine. The colour is perfect, it matches my natural roots. It is super creamy so extremely quick and easy to use and create the brow I want. Always one I will keep in my makeup bag.

Essence Stay 8hr Lipliner in Unforgettable

I have shown this in my monthly favourites previously as I absolutely love these lines. Unfortunately they are no longer available but Essence do have other roll up lip liners so I would definitely recommend getting down to your local pharmacy or Penney’s and pick them up.

I think that this one will appear in my empties either monthly or bi-monthly as it is one that I always have on the go. It is super pigmented and lasts all day and for the bargain price of €4.00. You cannot go wrong.

Simple Purifying Cleansing Lotion

This is the only lotion that I will use to take off my eye makeup. I know it is not an eye makeup remover but it works for me. If I get it in my eye, it doesn’t sting and it removes all of my eye makeup. I leave it on my eye for about 30 seconds and then I cleanse. This would last me about 3 months or more. Definitely one I will continue to repurchase.

Filorga Sleep & Lift

I was lucky enough to be #gifted this by @filorgaireland last Christmas. This was a fabulous cream for night time use and hopefully I look 10 years younger as I need it lol as I turned the big 40 last month. Definitely one I would repurchase.

Too Faced Primed Poreless

I got 2 minis of this in one of my monthly @cohorted boxes. When I first tried this, I wasn’t sure about it but I thought I would continue to use so I could make an informative decision. I ended up actually really liking this. I used this on my forehead and my nose for any fine lines and pores and it worked a treat. I would repurchase for sure, I have another mini to keep me going for a lil while.

LaMer The Hydrating Illuminator

This is my second tube of this. I absolutely love this and the appearance that it gives the skin. It gives you an illuminated look but not a shiny or a greasy look. My sister purchased this for my birthday recently so I can happily say that I have a new one to start.

The Ordinary Coverage Foundation in 2.0YG

I loved this foundation and I still have the ends of 1 or 2 different shades but unfortunately Deceim have discontinued the range so I am unable to repurchase. I also wrote blog post on this foundation as I loved it so much but it is RIP unless they bring back the foundation which is doubtful.

Urban Decay Stay Naked Correcting Concealer in 40WY

This is a nice concealer as it is easy to blend. It is buildable coverage but I don’t feel it is full coverage, more like medium coverage. I did like it but I would prefer a fuller coverage concealer. If you prefer a medium coverage, this one is for you. I probably wouldn’t repurchase at the moment (well until I prefer a lesser coverage concealer).

Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Setting Powder in Butter

This was a lovely powder. It was for light to medium skin tones with a warm undertone. It was finely milled so it doesn’t cake on the face. It does keep the oils at bay but I don’t think it keeps them at bay as some of my other powders but lovely as it gives a silky finish. If you have less oily t-zone than me, this powder is for you. I may revisit this powder a lil longer down the line but not at this present time.

NYX Professional Makeup Vivid Matte in Black

This was a recommendation from PlouisMakeup Academy when I did an online course with them a number of years ago. This is my go to liner for myself. It is super black and it is also matte. It is a liquid liner that comes with a super fine brush to allow percission for a fine line or to make a sharp wing. If you love a black liquid liner, this is right up your street. I already purchased one and used it for my makeup last night (which I didn’t take a photo of, uh oh).

Hourglass Caution Mascara

This is a brilliant mascara for giving you the lash lift effect. From the moment I tried this back in 2018, I loved it. It is definitely one I would repurchase even though this is expensive.

Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara 

Another mascara I love, this is amazing for volume. Makes you look like you put on a strip of fake lashes, another one to repurchase and another product I would tell you to put on your wish list.
