Welcome to this month’s instalment of my empties. I have 12 empties for this month, so have a read and enjoy. For any repeats, I will keep it short.
Neutrogena Refreshingly Clear Facial Wash
I will keep this short as I have mentioned this in a good few empties. Have been using this now for at least 8 or 9 years. I use this as my first cleanse and if I am going through a breakout I will use this as first and second cleanse. I always have one of multiple of these in my skincare press.
Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye
I got this as a present from a friend. I liked the hydration from this but I didn’t really like the gel texture. It kind of reminded me of Vaseline but did give good hydration but I wouldn’t buy again because of the texture.
Morphe Filter Effect Soft-Focus Foundation 28ml (Various Shades) – Filter Light 1
As you know, I have dark foundations and light, none really in between as I normally use a light foundation in the same finish to lighten my darker foundations. This was a great mixing foundation and it was cheap enough as I got a deal on this. I would repurchase.
Rare Beauty Highlighter in Exilarate
I loved this so much, this was upgraded to a place on my grid. It is a stunning highlighter. I originally saw Sinead (thebeautifultruth) use this and I couldn’t wait to try it so my sister got it for me for Easter last year. It is 100% definitely one I will repurchase, I just need to get my bum over to Space n K.
Hourglass Lightening Bronzer in Luminous Bronze Light
I love this bronzer. I know it is expensive but it lasts for such a long time. I think I got over 2 years out of this. I have purchased again but I bought the travel size as I thought I would use it up quicker. This gives a beautiful bronzed look to the skin and it lasts all day long.
Chanel Le Volume in 10 Noir
This was a mini that I got when I purchased my perfume back in June. I spoke to my sister on this and she didn’t like this mascara so I didn’t have high hopes but it turns out that I loved this. It gave dark black lashes with volume and length. What else does a girl want. Definitely one I will purchase.
Collection Lip Definer in Nude Pink 1
Now I really like this but it wasn’t the nude pink I thought that it would be. It was more of a brown nude than pink but in saying that I still repurchased cause I liked so much. Easy to apply with good lasting power. Also very cheap.
Essence 8hr Matte Lipliner in Silky Hazelnut
How many times have I spoke about this lipliner just a different shade. Costs about €2.80 and is super pigmented, lasts all day and definite repurchase.
NYX Loud Lip Liner in Fierce Flirt
I was always a fan of NYX lip liners, they are super soft so very easy to apply. This was a fabulous mauve nude colour, I will repuchase but I really need to stop buying lip liners. I have over 50 of them. Yes 50.
BPerfect / Mrs Glam 10 Second Tan in Dark +
Another quick one. Love, beautiful golden shade.It generally lasts for up to about 5 days and doesn’t stain bed sheets.
Olaplex No.3
I love this hair mask. I use it everytime my hair is feeling a lil dry and this works a treat. I had to use this as a treatment previously as my hair was damaged due to all the years of dying my hair.
This is a continuation of the new section I introduced a while ago. So this is an empty product but it’s a #notsoemptyempties as it is something I have tried, tried again and re-tried and maybe not like so much or it doesn’t work for me.
AlphaH Liquid Gold Midnight Reboot Serum
I loved the Lquid Rose Gold when I used it before. I think I had it twice and it was a strong favourite but unfortunately I broke out with this one so I had to bin this. I tried it for a number of weeks but I broke out every single time.
